Razer kraken V3 HID lighting disabler

Since openrazer doesn't support razer kraken v3 i had to make this script to disable lighting. You could start it manually or install a udev rule to detect the headset and send HID report automatically.

!!! MAKE SURE THAT VENDOR ID, PRODUCT ID AND HID INTERFACE MATCHES YOUR DEVICE !!!
